We, the Consortium of “le Roverelle”, love our land. As children we learned to respect nature, to cultivate it in the best way, to know its traditions, its magical places and its fragrances.

All of our businesses live with this passion: we have in common phenomenal things to share with those who want to enjoy them with us. Our predilection for hospitality comes from our desire to share our enthusiasm for what we do everyday, to reveal what we see when we walk through our hills, which continues to astonish us.

It comes from the desire to grow, and raise our children with, organic fruits, eat ricotta that’s still warm, just-picked vegetables and bread right out of the oven.
